So, as you see -- you who see it, that is -- I'm going to experiment with cross-posting my LiveJournal posts to this journal. If I get comments here, I'll know you're reading me here, and that may help me decide eventually whether to give up the LJ, keep it as a forwarding service, continue double-posting, or accept that my few readers prefer me over there, even with all the ads (in which case, I wouldn't bother with this journal).

Hi, all. I used to be known around these parts (and everywhere else online) as camillofan, an online ID that, after 15 years as a netizen, I gave up in 2012. Alas, I forgot when I deleted camillofan's old (and mostly unused) DW account that I'd lose access to all the DW journals I had permission to read under that name. So I made a new account here that I still only use to read things, though not as many as before.

Maybe someday I'll write in this spot, but for now I do my actual blogging over at LiveJournal.
